Keys: There are no physical keys needed for our home. You should have received an email just prior to your arrival with your 4-digit key code which opens the front door. If you haven’t noticed, the code is the last 4 digits of your cell phone number to make recall easier. There is a lock box with a key available at the property in case of technological malfunction. Please contact Bryan Myers if you have any issues entering the home on arrival.

Doors: Please do not leave the doors propped open. This is allow an abundance of unwanted Floridian bugs and even lizards into the house. Nobody wants to share the house with them.
Parking: There is room for parking 4 vehicles in the driveway. No vehicles are allowed to park along the street. In addition, local ordinances do not allow parking trailers, boats, or campers in the driveway. Local trailer parking is available for low cost. Message us for details. It is possible the homeowner will have a vehicle in the garage. Unfortunately, insurance and licensing requirements prevent renters from using the homeowner’s
vehicle.
Inspection: Upon arrival, please check the house for any concerns. We strive for 100% guest satisfaction and our housekeepers work hard to maintain a spotless home. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
Air Conditioning: When the house is not occupied, we maintain the house at 78 degrees to save electricity while keeping the humidity under control. The thermostat is in the hall and can be adjusted to your liking. Do not set the air conditioning below 70 degrees. Doing so may freeze up the unit resulting in a service call at your expense.
Pool Heater: Part of the fees for the home is the heated pool. Prior to your arrival the pool temperature has been remotely set at 84 degrees. This temperature is monitored and adjusted remotely and no adjustments should be made locally. If you desire a higher or lower temperature for the pool, please let us know and we can discuss adjustments. Higher temperatures may incur a higher heating fee.
Furniture: Please avoiding moving the furniture to avoid any damage to the flooring.
Safe: If you need to secure any valuables, there is a safe in the master closet. For your safety there is no “master combination”. Please follow the directions in the video below to set your own code and make sure you remember the code since only you know it. If you forget the code, the housekeeper does have a physical key and can come to the house to open the safe if needed. There will be a $50 charge for opening the safe.

They are cleaned off site in an industrial washer to save wear and tear on the washing machine.

If you are checking out on a Tuesday or Friday, please take the bins to the curb in the morning. Throughout your stay, please similarly take the garbage bins out on pick up days. Double check: Double check for any forgotten items. Make sure to check any drawers and check outlets for phone chargers. Please, take your stuff and leave ours.
